Current Master of Philosophy student Pablo Tapia is one of three Winsor & Newton Start Your Studio Scholarship winners for 2011. Part of the Artist Outreach Program, the prize is worth a cool $1,000 which will allow students to get going on new and exciting projects. We can't wait to see what Pablo does next. Image
